Description : Deep violet with magenta borders, clean  and  bright .
Very appealing and shocking color .
 
Complex ,medium - high intense   nose ,it remint  of blue berry and rapsberry fresh  plum  and greek  yogurt ,opens slowly towards leather,fine  wood,cherry and chocolate .
In the mouth it is perfectly balanced  with medium body ,mature tannnis .the acidity is very well  layered in giving  the wine  a felling  of whole  and richness. The ending  is  vast  and harmonious.
Food Pairing: we recommend  Mexican  food  and  specifically (carnitas ) Beef  quesadillas  or tacos  de Mixiote .
