Fermentation : 12 months in french oak barrels.

 

View: It presents a beautiful plum red color with a cherry hue and medium-high intensity. It is a clean and bright wine.

 

Nose : Fine aromas of black cherries, currants and blueberries are perceived. It also presents notes of wet earth, pepper, flowers chocolate, toffee, vanilla, and nutmeg. 

 

Palate: It has very good balance and a pleasant finish with a medium-length aftertaste..

 

Pairing: Pairs well with fine cuts of beef, pork chop, beef stew, duck, and manchego cheese. Ideal with dishes rich in sauces and spices.
