Technical information: hand harvested, fermentation at 25°C, aged 12 months in french and american oak.
 
Tasting notes: Deep red ruby color. Notes of red fruits, fruit preserves, dark chocolate. Intense tannins. Elegant wine with great body and long, nice finish.
