It also has fine aromas of tobacco, wet earth, chocolate, coffe, caramel, vanilla, and spices like pepper and cinnamon, with a pleasant floral finish contributed by the varietal.
Palate: It has a high attack, with high astringency that perfectly blends with balanced acidity, present alcohol, and a prolonged aftertaste.
Pairing: Pair excellently with wood-grilled cuts of meat, game, spiced pastas, moles, and mature cheeses.
