View : Monte Xanic Selección is a wine that rescues the best of the two Valleys. A brilliant wine with a medium-high layer, with a reddish hue and cherry color.
 
Nose : On the nose it is frank and of high intensity. It has notes of red fruit such as cherries, red plum, red berries, vanilla, licorice, cloves and seductive wood. The aromas are complex and of quality.
 
Mouth : Its passage through the mouth is unctuous and with a medium-high density. Its tannins are round, you perceive them throughout the palate and with warm alcohol with a good balance of acidity. The aromas in the mouth are reminiscent of what is perceived through the nose: juicy red fruit, chocolate and mocha. It is a wine of structure and exciting persistence.
 
 
Pairing : Empanadas, pipián, marinated pork, roast beef and chocolate-based desserts. Winner of more than 13 gold, silver and bronze medals.
