60% Tempranillo, 27% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 3%Mourvèdre.

Aging

18 months in French oak barrels.

Sight

It shows a garnet color, clean and bright, whith medium density. The wine is clear and luminous.

Smell

Aromas of ripe black plum, blueberries, and fig are present, along with red flowers and spices such as cinnamon, chocolate and black pepper.

Taste

On the palate, it is well balanced, with medium- high acidity, light tannins, and a long finish.

Pairing

It pairs very well with meats, pork, and aged cheeses.
