Sight

Yellow color, slightly cloudy due to light filtration, with the presence of some sediments such as lees and tartrates, or wine crystals.

Smell

Citrus notes reminiscent of yellow lime, guava, and honey pineapple, with subtle secondary notes like fresh bread, and a background note very similar to chamomile.

Taste

Dry wine, with a vibrant acidity that awakens the taste buds; its persistence on the palate also stands out. A slight effervescence is present.

Pairing

Tiradito de Atún, sashimis, hummus, calamares fritos.
